| We offer FEP HST (Heat
Shrinkable Tube) roll cover products made Teflon® to handle
serious complications of sticking, buildup, corrosion, pits and grooves. Roll covers
made Teflon® FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) are available in any
diameter and custom fabricated to your roll size and application (seamless or seamed).
Standard thickness' are .020" and .060", and custom roll covers are
available. All roll covers are available in either Type N/A (No Adhesive)
or Type A (etched interior with adhesive for bonding). Product I:
Common HST (seamless and seamed) shrinks in diameter only and is made Teflon®
FEP. If Teflon® HST is currently in use at your mill, please help us by
specifying which product you're presently using, including the type and thickness.

Product II:
HST shrinks in both diameter and length to reduce wrinkle problems during
installation. Installation techniques are different Product I. Available
in seamed, seamless, Type N/A and Type A.
Product III:
For Metal-Clad® and Metrol® segmented bowed rolls.
Product HT:
High Temperature bondable HST made Teflon® Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA).
Product OMS:
Dryer covers are made .020" Teflon® FEP and seamed on the dryer in the
machine.
